Joseph M. DiOrio
Joe DiOrio received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College in 1978 and earned his law degree, magna cum laude, in 1981 from Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Federal Bar Associations. He is admitted in the United States District Court for both the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Commercial Law League of America, and the Turnaround Management Association. He is a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards and is listed in both Best Lawyers in America and New England Super Lawyers. In law school, Joe was selected for Order of the Coif and the Justinian Honorary Law Society. He has received the Martindale Hubbell rating AV, the highest rating given to attorneys attained from confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary.
