Lauren K. Perry
Lauren K. Perry recently joined the firm with three years of hands-on experience in banking and commercial lending, having helped clients with small business lending, corporate formation, and business litigation. She works with our lending clients in a wide range of sophisticated commercial transactions including asset-based and real estate loans as well as foreclosures, work-outs and debt restructurings. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Prior to joining DiOrio Law, Lauren served as an associate for the law firm of Sager & Schaffer LLP in Westborough, Massachusetts for three years. There, she practiced in the area of banking and commercial lending, assisting clients with small business lending, corporate formation, and business litigation.
She is a 2006 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a 2003 graduate of Muhlenberg College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude. Lauren is active in the Attleboro Area Bar Association.
